This year has been more than traumatic for us all however, in a world where you can be anything being kind to ourselves and others has never been so important! Working in hospitality until lockdown #1 in March was surreal looking back, and since then I also went through the redundancy process. Yet, I have never had a more enlightening year to reflect on who I am, what I enjoy doing and think about what do I need to do to get real purpose back in my life.
Fortunately, I was able to take a month away in the beautiful Greek Islands to contemplate my life and found that I definitely wanted to pursue my Coaching passion professionally. Jumping off the corporate business ladder and connecting with a real desire to help others with helping to smash down obstacles, dealing with and identifying their real passions and creating life goals with a clear pathway to achieve and exceed these goals has been exhilarating.
Investing in me was novel with three children, a husband and a 2 year old grandson. Life was busy, work was hectic and I had little or no time to think about what I wanted and needed. Going away and reflecting was life changing and a real self care love affair!
